
郭家才,男,群众,毕业于华东理工大学生物工程专业,博士研究生,讲师,亳州学院生物与食品工程系专任教师,所属生物制药教研室。主要研究方向为微生物杀菌剂产业化生产工程中活菌检测方法开发、及生防细菌培养工艺优化与放大的研究,发表科研论文6篇(其中SCI收录5篇)。主讲课程为无机及分析化学、营养与健康大数据管理、有机化学。
