
张恒飞,男,中共党员,毕业于南京工业大学化学工程专业,博士,讲师/中级工程师,现任亳州学院生物与食品工程系酿酒工程教研室专任教师。主要研究方向:陶瓷膜的制备及其在酿酒行业中的应用。发表SCI论文7篇(其中一作和通讯5篇)。主持亳州学院科研启动项目1项(20万),横向课题1项。主讲课程《食品工程原理》、《酒类风味化学》。
